Conduct a Usability Test to Know Your User Flow

Unfortunately, many UX researchers skip out on the most important part of their products. And that is Usability testing. It is like watching over someone’s shoulder while they are using your product. 

There are six aspects of the user testing process and you have to go through it thoroughly.

Remember to note their facial expression as they go through all the features. Are they relaxed or strained to do a particular task? Are they confused or not?
